Only a short walk from the property with a path leading down to the bay right on your doorstep, a stroll that will take you to the bay itself and the popular Ship Inn which offers a traditional rural pub setting with great food and drink and is a great way to spend a peaceful afternoon watching the tide go in and out for days when you want to sit back and relax.
The Old Boat House is another must while in the area, a family run restaurant overlooking the bay offers locally sourced fresh food and is perfect for a spot for alfresco dining while looking for Bottlenose Dolphins which can be seen feeding in the bay.
Benllech
The bustling sea-side village of Benllech is also within easy reach on the Island where you will find a larger selection of amenities, including shops for picking up the essentials or for a lovely evening out spend time watching the water in one of the many restaurants or pubs.

Parys Mountain

A short drive from the property is Parys Mountain, an interesting place to walk down to its bright orange landscape from when it was home to a copper mine in the 18th century, whilst a trip to see the longest place name in Europe 'Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch' (Llanfair PG or Llanfairpwll, for short!) is a must when in the area.

Beaumaris is also within striking distance, where you can brush up on the local history with a visit to the 13th century castle or for those feeling more adventurous, take a boat trip to Puffin Island!
